Software built around how your business actually works.

When spreadsheets, inboxes and generic SaaS can no longer hold your process, we build the system that can: web applications, portals, dashboards and admin tools designed around your real workflow — not a template.

What we build

Operational software: the systems your team uses every day to run orders, jobs, customers and production.

Client & partner portals Customers place orders, check status, download documents — without emailing your team.
Order, booking & job management One queue from request to delivery, with statuses, owners and deadlines everyone can see.
Production & workflow tools Work orders, stations, materials and progress tracked in real time — replacing whiteboards and phone calls.
Back-office & admin systems The internal database your spreadsheets were pretending to be — with roles, history and validation.
Dashboards & reporting Live numbers instead of Monday exports: what is open, what is late, what is earning.
Tools for field & floor teams Mobile-friendly screens for drivers, technicians and operators — photos, checklists, signatures.

Three systems we build most often

Different industries, same underlying need: one place where the work lives.

01

B2B order portal

  1. Customers log in and see their prices, stock and order history
  2. They place orders themselves — no email, no phone
  3. Orders land in one queue for sales and warehouse
  4. Status, documents and invoices are visible to the customer
Before

Orders arrive by email and phone; sales spends the day re-typing and answering “where is my order?”.

After

Customers serve themselves. Sales handles exceptions and grows accounts instead.

02

Production & job board

  1. Quote is accepted and becomes a work order
  2. Jobs are planned across stations, people and materials
  3. Operators update progress from a tablet on the floor
  4. Office, sales and the customer see status in real time
Before

Status lives on a whiteboard and in the foreman’s head. Delivery dates are promises, not data.

After

Every job is visible from quote to delivery. Bottlenecks show up before they become late deliveries.

03

Back-office that replaces the spreadsheets

  1. Customers, contracts, assets and tasks move into one database
  2. Each role sees and edits only what it should
  3. Every change is validated and logged — who, what, when
  4. Reports are generated from live data, not assembled by hand
Before

Fourteen spreadsheets, three “final” versions of each, and one person who knows which is right.

After

One source of truth. New colleagues are productive in days, not months.

Is custom software the right move for you?

It is the biggest of our four services — so we are the first to say when it is not needed.

A good fit when…

  • Spreadsheets have quietly become “the system” and several people edit them
  • Generic SaaS forces workarounds because your process does not fit its template
  • Customers, partners or field staff need controlled access to your data
  • The process itself is stable — it is the tooling that is failing
  • You have outgrown your tools but do not have an in-house development team

Probably not yet when…

  • An off-the-shelf tool covers 90% of the need — we will tell you, and help you connect it instead
  • The process still changes week to week — start with lighter automation and let it settle
  • A handful of users and simple data — a well-structured spreadsheet may honestly be enough
  • The tools are fine but do not talk to each other — that is an integration job, not a new system

How a software project runs

You use a working version early and steer it — not a big reveal after months of silence.

  1. Week 0

    Discovery call

How the work flows today, who touches it, where it breaks and what “better” would look like for each role.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Process map, screens & proposal

A written process map, a clickable prototype of the key screens, and a fixed-scope proposal for the first release.

  3. Weeks 3–10

    Build in iterations

Weekly demos on real data. The core workflow is usable within the first few weeks; features are added in priority order.

  4. Go-live

    Migrate, train, improve

Data is migrated from spreadsheets and old tools, the team is trained, and we keep improving based on real usage.

Questions we hear on every first call

Who owns the software?

You do. Source code, data and infrastructure accounts are yours. If you ever want another team to take over, they can — that is why we build with standard technology and document as we go.

How is this different from buying a SaaS tool?

SaaS is faster to start and cheaper when your process matches its template. Custom software fits your process exactly, has no per-seat fees, and connects to whatever you already use. We recommend SaaS when it fits — and build when the workarounds start costing more than the system would.

Can it connect to our ERP, CRM or web shop?

Yes — integration is usually part of the build, not an add-on. The new system becomes the place where the work happens while existing tools keep doing what they are good at.

What happens to the data in our spreadsheets?

It is migrated. We clean, map and import it, then run the old and new side by side for a short period so nothing is lost in the switch.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

A first release that replaces the core spreadsheets and inboxes is typically a two-to-three-month project with a fixed-scope price agreed after the prototype. Larger portals and production systems grow from there in planned releases.

What happens after launch?

The system keeps evolving with the business. Most clients keep us on a support and improvement arrangement — new features, integrations and adjustments as processes change.
