The tools you already use, finally talking to each other.

Your website, CRM, ERP, invoicing, booking system and spreadsheets each hold a piece of the truth. We connect them so data moves between them automatically — no exports, no copy-paste, no “which version is right?”.

What we connect

If two tools hold the same customer, order or product, they should be talking. Most already can — through an API, an export or even email.

Websites & web shops WooCommerce, Shopify, WordPress forms and custom sites — orders and leads flow out automatically.
CRMs HubSpot, Pipedrive and custom CRMs as the single place where a customer is known.
ERPs, accounting & invoicing SAP, Pantheon and invoicing tools — orders, stock and invoices without re-typing.
Booking & scheduling systems Reservations, appointments and resources kept in sync with operations and billing.
Spreadsheets & databases Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable and SQL — as sources, targets or the bridge in between.
Internal & legacy systems Older software without a modern API — connected through exports, files, databases or email.

Three integrations we build most often

The tools differ from company to company. The flows are remarkably similar.

01

Web shop ↔ ERP ↔ accounting

  1. Order is placed on the web shop
  2. Order and customer are created in the ERP, stock is reserved
  3. Invoice is issued in accounting and attached to the order
  4. Shipping status and tracking flow back to the customer
Before

Every web order is re-typed into the ERP; stock on the site is a guess.

After

Orders, stock and invoices agree in every system, without anyone touching them.

02

CRM as the single source of customer truth

  1. Lead arrives from the website, a form or an ad
  2. Contact is created in the CRM and assigned to sales
  3. When the deal is won, the customer is created in ERP and invoicing
  4. Orders and payments flow back so sales sees the full picture
Before

Sales, finance and operations each keep their own customer list — none of them complete.

After

One customer record, updated everywhere, with history visible to everyone who needs it.

03

Bookings connected to operations and billing

  1. Booking is made online or entered by staff
  2. Resources, calendars and staff schedules are updated
  3. Customer receives confirmation and reminders automatically
  4. After the service, the invoice is issued and a review is requested
Before

Bookings live in one tool, staff planning in another, invoices in a third — reconciled by hand.

After

One booking triggers everything downstream. Double bookings and missed invoices disappear.

Is integration the right move for you?

Honest answer: not always. Here is how we decide together.

A good fit when…

  • Two or more tools hold the same customers, orders or products
  • People re-type or export/import data between them
  • Reports need numbers from several systems
  • The tools have an API, an export, or at least a database
  • You plan to keep these tools for the next few years

Probably not yet when…

  • One tool already covers the whole process well
  • You are about to replace one of the tools — integrate after the switch
  • The data itself is the problem: duplicates, inconsistent naming — clean first, then connect
  • The real gap is a system that does not exist yet — custom software may be the first step

How an integration project runs

We agree on which system owns which data before we move a single record.

  1. Week 0

    Discovery call

Which tools, which data, who enters what today, and where the mismatches show up.

  2. Week 1

    Data map & proposal

A written map of every field that flows, which system is the master for it, how conflicts are resolved — plus a fixed-scope proposal.

  3. Weeks 2–5

Build & test with real records

We sync a copy first, compare against reality, and handle the edge cases: duplicates, missing fields, timing.

  4. Go-live

    Run, monitor, improve

Every sync is logged. Failed records are retried or flagged to a person. When a tool updates its API, the adapter changes — not your process.

Systems we have connected

If yours is not on the list, it almost certainly has an API, an export or a database we can work with.

  • WooCommerce
  • Shopify
  • WordPress
  • HubSpot
  • Pipedrive
  • SAP
  • Pantheon
  • Minimax
  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Booking.com
  • Google Calendar
  • Gmail
  • Outlook
  • Excel
  • Google Sheets
  • Airtable
  • MySQL / PostgreSQL
  • REST & SOAP APIs
  • SFTP / CSV

Questions we hear on every first call

What if one of our tools has no API?

Most tools have at least an export, a database or email notifications — all of those can be a bridge. Where nothing else exists, we can automate the tool’s own interface as a last resort. We tell you upfront which approach is robust and which is a stopgap.

Which system is the “master” when data disagrees?

We decide that per field, not per system: the CRM may own contact details while the ERP owns prices and stock. The rules are written down in the data map before we build, so conflicts are resolved the same way every time.

Real-time or scheduled?

Both, depending on the need. Orders and stock usually sync within seconds; reports and bulk updates often run on a schedule. Faster is not always better — we match the sync to how the business actually uses the data.

What happens when a tool updates and something breaks?

Each connection is isolated, so a change in one tool does not ripple through the others. Failures are detected immediately, records are queued instead of lost, and the right person is notified. Fixing an adapter is usually a small, contained task.

What does it cost?

After the discovery call you receive a fixed-scope proposal. A single two-way connection is typically a few days of work; a hub connecting four or five systems with conflict rules is a multi-week project.

Is our data safe while it moves between systems?

Integrations run on infrastructure you approve — your servers, your cloud account or ours in the EU. Credentials live in a secret manager, traffic is encrypted, and each connection gets only the permissions it needs.

What you get in the discovery call

No slides, no pitch. We talk about how your work actually flows.

  • A written map of where time is being lost in your workflow
  • 2–3 quick wins you can act on immediately
  • A clear recommendation: integrate, automate or build
