Repetitive digital work, handled automatically.

Emails, files, data entry, reports and reminders — the tasks your team repeats every day can run on their own. We build the workflows, connect them to your tools and make sure they keep working.

What we automate

If a task follows rules and someone does it more than a few times a week, it is a candidate.

Email handling Read, classify and act on incoming requests, orders and inquiries.
File & document processing PDFs, invoices, spreadsheets and forms turned into structured data.
Data sync between systems CRM, ERP, web shop, accounting — one entry, updated everywhere.
Report generation Daily, weekly or on demand — built from live data, delivered where you read them.
Notifications & reminders The right person gets told at the right moment — by email, chat or SMS.
Task triggering Approvals, hand-offs and follow-ups created automatically when something happens.

Three scenarios we build most often

Every business is different, but the patterns repeat. If one of these looks like yours, the conversation is short.

01

Order intake without re-typing

  1. Order arrives by email as PDF or Excel
  2. Items, quantities and customer are extracted
  3. Order is created in the ERP and stock is reserved
  4. Customer gets a confirmation, warehouse gets a pick list
Before

Sales re-types every order. Errors show up at delivery.

After

Orders are in the system within a minute. People only handle exceptions.

02

The Monday report that builds itself

  1. Data is pulled from CRM, accounting and the web shop
  2. Numbers are consolidated and checked against last week
  3. A PDF and a live dashboard are generated
  4. Management receives it at 07:00, every Monday
Before

Someone spends half a day copying numbers between spreadsheets.

After

The report is waiting in the inbox. The half day goes to analysis.

03

Documents that file and route themselves

  1. Invoice or contract arrives by email or upload
  2. Document type, supplier, amounts and dates are recognised
  3. It is filed in the right folder or DMS with the right name
  4. An approval task is created for the responsible person
Before

Documents sit in inboxes; approvals depend on someone remembering.

After

Every document is findable and every approval has a deadline.

Is automation the right move for you?

Honest answer: not always. Here is how we decide together.

A good fit when…

  • The same task is done more than a few times a week
  • The steps follow rules that can be written down
  • Errors or delays in the task cost real money or trust
  • The data already lives in some digital form (email, files, tools)
  • People are the bottleneck, not the decisions

Probably not yet when…

  • The task happens a few times a month and takes minutes
  • Every case needs human judgement and negotiation
  • The process itself is still changing week to week
  • The real problem is a missing system, not a repetitive task — custom software may be the better first step

How an automation project runs

Small, visible steps. You see working automation early, not a big reveal at the end.

  1. Week 0

    Discovery call

We walk through the task as it happens today: who does what, in which tools, how often, and what goes wrong.

  2. Week 1

    Workflow map & proposal

You get a written map of the current process, the automated version, and a fixed-scope proposal with effort and timeline.

  3. Weeks 2–6

Build & test with real data

We build in short iterations and test on your real emails, files and records. Exceptions are handled, not ignored.

  4. Go-live

    Run, monitor, improve

Every run is logged. If something fails, the right person is notified and nothing is lost. We keep refining as volume grows.

Built on the tools you already use

We connect to what you have. Where an off-the-shelf platform fits, we use it; where it does not, we build the piece that is missing.

Questions we hear on every first call

Do we have to replace the tools we use today?

No. Automation works best around your existing tools. We connect to them through their APIs, exports or email. Replacing a tool is a separate decision, and usually not the first one.

What happens when something fails — a malformed PDF, a missing field?

Every workflow has an exception path. The item is parked, the responsible person gets a notification with the details, and nothing is silently dropped. Exceptions are reviewed and the workflow is improved so they become rarer.

How long until we see results?

The first working automation is usually live within a few weeks of the discovery call. We deliberately start with the task that saves the most time for the least effort.

What does it cost?

After the discovery call you receive a fixed-scope proposal, so you know the price before we start. Smaller workflows are a few days of work; larger ones with several systems are multi-week projects.

Who maintains it afterwards?

You can. Everything is documented and logged. Most clients keep us on a light support arrangement so that when a tool changes its API or the business adds a new case, it gets handled quickly.

Is our data safe?

Workflows run on infrastructure you approve — your own servers, your cloud account or ours in the EU. Credentials are stored in secret managers, not in scripts, and access is limited to the systems each workflow needs.

Which task would you automate first?
